The glass pieces are still scattered on the floor, creating a safety hazard. The building manager is out of town for the weekend. Your other neighbor, Lisa, thinks you should confront the new neighbor immediately and ask him to clean up the mess. Your roommate thinks you should just clean it up yourself to avoid creating tension with the new neighbor.
