Word count: 151
Option A: Feedback should be submitted via email for efficiency and convenience.
Response:
I think feedback should be submitted via email for efficiency and convenience.
Email allows employees to write their thoughts clearly and at their own pace. People can send updates anytime during the day, which helps them manage their time better. This is especially helpful for busy teams or those working in different time zones.
Submitting feedback by email also creates a written record. Managers can review the messages later and track progress easily. It’s more organized than trying to remember everything from in-person talks.
In-person meetings take more time and can interrupt the workday. Some employees may also feel nervous talking to managers every day. With email, feedback is less stressful and more focused.
While face-to-face talks are good sometimes, daily updates are better handled through email.
For these reasons, I believe email is the smarter and more practical choice for daily feedback.
