Farewell Survey
Your company is considering how to say goodbye to employees who are leaving. Two options are being discussed. One option is to organize a farewell party at a restaurant, allowing colleagues to gather, share memories, and celebrate the departing employee’s contributions. The other option is to give a thoughtful gift as a token of appreciation, which the employee can keep as a lasting memory. The company would like to know which option employees prefer.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-200 words.

I think the company should give a thoughtful gift.
