The office kitchen needs a new refrigerator as the current one is too small for the growing number of employees. The budget allows for either option, and both have the same total size but different configurations. Management wants employee input on which would better serve daily needs.

Most employees use the office fridge to store lunch, drinks, or snacks for the day. These items usually need to stay cool, not frozen. A bigger refrigeration area means more people can fit their food without running out of space.
Freezer sections are useful, but not as necessary at work. Employees don’t usually bring frozen food or need to store items for long periods. A freezer might take up space that could be better used for daily needs.
Also, a fridge with more cooling space is easier to organize. It helps keep items visible, clean, and fresh.
For these reasons, I believe a refrigerator with more refrigeration space will better serve employees and make the office kitchen more practical for everyday use.
