One option is time management skills to help employees become more efficient and productive. The other option is leadership development to help employees become better team leaders and managers. The HR manager has asked all staff to provide their opinion on which training would be more beneficial.

I believe dogs should be leashed at all times in the park.
First, many people visit the park to relax and enjoy nature. Some visitors may be scared of dogs, especially if the dogs are big or loud. Keeping dogs on a leash will help everyone feel safe and calm.
Second, there are animals living in the park, like birds and squirrels. If dogs run free, they may chase or hurt these animals. A leash can stop this and protect the wildlife.
Also, some dogs do not always listen to their owners. Even friendly dogs can act wild if they get too excited. A leash gives the owner more control.
I like dogs and want them to enjoy the park too, but safety is more important. With leashes, everyone—people, pets, and animals—can enjoy the park together.
