Summer Work Schedule Survey
Your manager at the daycare where you have a summer job is considering changing the work schedule for part-time staff. The goal is to create a more consistent and predictable schedule. There are two options being proposed: working shorter shifts five days a week, or working longer shifts three days a week. Your manager has asked you to complete an opinion survey to share your preference.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-200 words.
Option A: I would prefer to work five days a week for four hours each day.
Option B: I would prefer to work three days a week for eight hours each day.
