Read the following information.

You bought a computer online but it arrived damaged. You applied for a return and refund, and the company promised to refund within two weeks. However, you have not received the refund yet and are getting worried about the delay.

Write an email to customer service in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

  • Describe the problem with the computer.
  • Explain why you are worried about the refund delay.
  • Ask about the status of the refund.
