Read the following information.

You are a volunteer in a community club that wants to attract more local residents. You want to suggest some activities that can help people know more about the club and get involved. You have thought about events that are easy to join and interesting for families and individuals.

Write an email to the manager in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

Describe activities you suggest for the club.
Explain why these events will interest local residents.
Suggest how the club can promote these activities.
