You recently visited a restaurant with friends for dinner. You were very disappointed with the poor service and the quality of the food served.

Write an email to the restaurant manager in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things:

Describe your disappointing experience with the service and food.
Explain why you are unhappy with your visit.
Suggest how they can improve for future customers.
