Overtime Work Arrangement
Your company needs to complete an important project within a tight deadline and is considering implementing overtime hours. Management is conducting a survey to determine employee preferences for the overtime schedule. Two options are being proposed. The first option is to work during lunch breaks two days per week. The second option is to stay after regular working hours two days per week. All employees are being asked to provide their opinion on which arrangement they prefer.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-200 words.

I believe dogs should be leashed at all times in the park.
First, many people visit the park to relax and enjoy nature. Some visitors may be scared of dogs, especially if the dogs are big or loud. Keeping dogs on a leash will help everyone feel safe and calm.
Second, there are animals living in the park, like birds and squirrels. If dogs run free, they may chase or hurt these animals. A leash can stop this and protect the wildlife.
Also, some dogs do not always listen to their owners. Even friendly dogs can act wild if they get too excited. A leash gives the owner more control.
I like dogs and want them to enjoy the park too, but safety is more important. With leashes, everyone—people, pets, and animals—can enjoy the park together.
