Uniform Policy Survey
Your restaurant manager is considering whether to introduce a uniform for all staff members. Currently, employees only need to wear black pants and a white shirt. The manager is wondering if it would be better to have everyone buy and wear a standardized uniform instead. The manager has asked all employees to complete an opinion survey.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-200 words.
Option A: I prefer to wear my own clothes with black pants and a white shirt because it allows me to express my personal style and is more comfortable.
Option B: I prefer to buy and wear the uniform because it creates a professional and consistent appearance for the restaurant and makes it easier to know what to wear.
